Terms and Conditions – Pak Gaming Pakistan Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pak Gaming platform — whether through the website at pakgaming.app, through the Pak Gaming mobile application, or through any other distribution channel — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all activities on the platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, slots, game lobby, VIP programme participation and any promotional offers. Where specific sections of the platform have additional rules — for example, individual sports betting rules or bonus-specific wagering requirements — those rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference and must be read alongside them.

2 Eligibility

Use of the Pak Gaming platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of an employee of Pak Gaming or its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Pak Gaming platform under a self-exclusion or platform-initiated account closure.

Pak Gaming reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification documents, your account may be suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold pending review. This is a standard protection measure to ensure the platform is not used by minors or individuals who have previously self-excluded.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account at Pak Gaming. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different name, email address or phone number by the same individual — are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Pak Gaming reserves the right to close all but the earliest verified account and to consolidate or forfeit balances across duplicate accounts at its discretion.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and a Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, update them through account settings promptly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Pak Gaming will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options for additional security.
• Log out of shared or public devices after each session.
• Do not allow third parties to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Policy

All Pak Gaming accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion when depositing or withdrawing — what you deposit in PKR is credited in PKR, and withdrawals are processed in PKR to your nominated payment method.

Supported deposit methods include: JazzCash mobile wallet, Easypaisa mobile wallet, Raast instant payment, standard IBFT bank transfers and Pakistani debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Pak Gaming does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposit on your account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500 (subject to change; current minimums are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account).
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Identity verification documents may be required before your first withdrawal or where your account activity triggers a review.
• Pak Gaming does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside Pak Gaming's control.
• Funds deposited through a bonus must satisfy any applicable wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Terms

Pak Gaming offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and PSL season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms. As a general principle, bets placed on sports markets with odds below the stated minimum threshold do not count toward wagering requirements.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are used automatically after your real money balance reaches zero during a session.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes bonus abuse.
• Pak Gaming reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to an account.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are complete, any unconverted bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Pak Gaming may void bets and forfeit winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus has been abused, exploited through systematic low-risk betting strategies, or claimed through multiple accounts.

PSL season promotions and cricket-specific offers may carry additional conditions related to match markets, minimum bet values or specific tournament rounds. These are stated in the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Pak Gaming platform, including cricket, PSL, football, esports and all other markets available in the sports section.

Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic competitions and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. For PSL markets, the official PCB/PSL result is final.

• Void matches: If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required overs or playing time have been completed, all bets on that match are void and stakes are returned unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• In-play betting: In-play markets close at defined points during a match. A bet placed after the market closes will not be accepted. Where a technical error results in a bet being accepted after market closure, Pak Gaming reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.
• Maximum payouts: A maximum single-event payout applies. The current limit is displayed in the sports betting rules section of the platform. Accumulator bets are subject to both a maximum payout and an odds cap per selection.
• Obvious errors: Bets placed at odds that were published in obvious error — for example, a clear data entry mistake resulting in a price that does not reflect the market — may be voided at Pak Gaming's discretion. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have winnings forfeited.
• Cricket DLS method: Where a cricket match result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, the DLS result is treated as the official match result for settlement purposes.

7 Casino and Game Rules

The Pak Gaming live casino, slots section and game lobby are powered by third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own mathematically verified RTP (Return to Player) percentage and rule set, which is displayed within the game interface or in the game information panel.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, server error or software malfunction — the following applies:

• If a game round was in progress at the time of the error and no result was recorded, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake returned.
• If a result was recorded by the game server before the error occurred on the player's device, that result stands and cannot be reversed.
• Live casino sessions that disconnect mid-hand are subject to the live casino provider's own disconnection policy, which is available in the live casino lobby.

Pak Gaming does not guarantee that any particular game will be available at all times. Games may be removed from the lobby, temporarily suspended for maintenance or updated by their providers without advance notice to players.

8 VIP Programme

The Pak Gaming VIP programme rewards players across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — based on monthly PKR wagering across all sections of the platform. Points are accumulated from bets placed on sports, live casino, slots and game lobby titles.

• VIP tier status is calculated on a rolling monthly basis. Your tier at the start of each month is determined by your wagering activity in the preceding calendar month.
• VIP cashback and other tier benefits are credited at the beginning of the calendar month following the month in which they were earned.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly — they must be used in accordance with the VIP programme terms displayed in the VIP section of the platform.
• Pak Gaming reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme or any individual tier with reasonable notice to affected players.
• VIP points earned from bonus wagering may be calculated at a reduced rate as stated in the VIP programme terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

Pak Gaming is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adult players. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered users through account settings. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. These apply across all payment methods simultaneously. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase activates.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: A short break of 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days can be activated immediately. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Self-exclusion removes your access to the platform for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Pak Gaming reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or incomplete registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks, collusion with other players or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Suspected match-fixing, insider information or any activity that undermines the integrity of sports markets on the platform.
• Opening of a duplicate account in breach of the one-account policy.
• Abusive behaviour directed at Pak Gaming support staff or other platform users.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested within the required timeframe.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, available funds will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds released. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily with a positive balance, your remaining balance will be returned to your most recently used withdrawal method after identity verification is completed.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Pak Gaming platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to Pak Gaming. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of Pak Gaming. Unauthorised use of Pak Gaming's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Pak Gaming provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and service continuity, it does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• Pak Gaming is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on your end, or third-party service disruptions.
• Pak Gaming is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including gaming losses.
• The platform does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting any tax obligations that apply to winnings in their personal circumstances.
• Pak Gaming is not responsible for the content or reliability of third-party services, including payment providers, game software providers or internet service providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits Pak Gaming's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy and Data

Your use of the Pak Gaming platform involves the collection and processing of personal data including your name, contact details, payment information and gaming activity. This data is processed in accordance with Pak Gaming's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering at Pak Gaming, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is used to verify your identity, process payments, manage your account and comply with applicable platform obligations.
• Payment data is processed through secure, encrypted channels. Pak Gaming does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs.
• Your gaming history and transaction records are retained for the periods required by the platform's record-keeping obligations.
• You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to any retention obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Pak Gaming reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policies, bonus conditions or eligibility rules — Pak Gaming will provide notice through an in-platform notification or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at pakgaming.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure. Your balance will be returned to you upon verified closure.
